Pedestrian and Bike Bridge connecting Alum Creek Park and Otterbein Lake.

The bridge (circled below) is a vital part of the Otterbein Lake project:

§         The bridge will connect the heavily-used Alum Creek Park with some lovely resources: Otterbein Lake, the bikeway, and the woodland trails, joining them into one large park area with many features.

§         The bridge will make the lake accessible to everyone, including parents with strollers, seniors, those with wheelchairs, and bikers.

§         The bridge will give lake visitors and bikeway users easy access to the parking and restrooms at Alum Creek Park.

§         The bridge can hold educational displays about plants, wetlands, historical information about Alum Creek in Westerville, etc.

§         The bridge will be a picturesque addition to the lake and park.
